Hola amores, en la clase de inf 115 me han dado la oportunidad de enseñar una historia con artes de Google Arts & Culture. Decidi tocar el tema de las artes abstractas. En mi pensar las obras de artes siempren cuentan una historia en si. Por eso escogi varias obras de artes y las puse en una galeria para que vieran las maravillas que pueden llegar a decir unas artes. Si le dan a las palabras “Google Arts & Culture” podran ver las galerias que hice.

En la clase de informática 115 en Sagrado Corazón se nos dio la tarea de hacer una curaduría de instagram en grupo. En esta tarea hemos decidido el tema de fotografía creativa. Cada estudiante compartió 3 fotografías y yo se les estaré compartiendo con ustedes.

Old but gold “Go your own road” was shot and created back in 2008 and probably one of my most viewed images. In a way also one of the oldest images that I still feel like I can stand behind. Maybe it was a coincidence but this image enabled me to dare to take a first step into becoming a photographer and artist for a living. I was still studying computer engineering at the time but I slowly started to realize that just maybe I should give this Photogrphy thing a chance. What quarantine has me doing

Hi my lovely people!

I don’t know about you guys, but I am ready to be over online classes and start relaxing. During these few days I decided to take a break from classes and treat myself. *probably a bad idea, now I’m swamped with work* It was totally worth it though. Quarantine can stress us, and give us anxiety so we need to liberate all those feelings. I decided to have a spa/self-care day for mua.

I feel like you guys should also try something that makes you happy and that helps you liberate all those negative feelings. First off I started with my crazy, curly, beautiful hair.

I took a shower, in which I did some masks for my hair and face. Here are the products I used.

And now here is me having fun in the shower, I was definitely having a concert in the shower. If you don’t sing and dance, did you really showered?

And for the final look, I decided to blow dry and straighten my hair. I definitely had a lot of fun during this day and I hope you guys can take inspiration of this post and just take a day fro your self because I know quarantine can be exhausting.

Happy Easter first of all. Hope you’re have an amazing day in the presence of our savior even under all of these circumstances. Anyways I’m here today to tell you all some ideas of what to do during this quarantine or more so what I’ve been doing.

During this quarantine I’ve been watching a lot of Netflix and Hulu. Besides that we bought a pool so that’s that. Not only that, but I’ve been painting, not saying that I’m good, but it’s something to do.

A series that I started to watch again because I love it so so much is Grey’s Anatomy. It’s a series based on the life of Meredith Grey and her work as a surgeon. It’s all about love, drama, action and everything you could ask for.

This series has 16 seasons and it keeps going. It’s pretty long, but trust me you won’t get bored and you’ll have something to do in this quarantine.

Another thing you could watch is the movie Burlesque which is now on Netflix and it’s one of my favorite movies. This movie is about a small-town girl ventures to Los Angeles and finds her place in a burlesque club run by a former dancer.

It has an awesome playlist which you can dance and sing too. Obviously the best part is hearing the voice of the beautiful Christina Aguilera who is the protagonist.

This blog as the title says is going to be about curly hair. A lot of girls and boys don’t like their natural hair because of society and discrimination. There are people in this world who think that having curly hair is an imperfection and straight hair just screams perfection. I wanted to talk about it and show the world that curly hair is perfection and beauty. Not a single soul can tell you and characterize you as imperfect.

You are perfect either with curly or straight hair.

Hard days

Hi my lovies!

Lets just start by saying how hard these past few days have been. I think we all know what i’m talking about. Quarantine is definitely not fun, but we have to do it because of out health. These days bring me back to Hurricane Maria; Only we could go out, but we didn’t have phone service. Thinking about it now I definitely prefer going out without phones than staying in with phones. This is ten times more boring that the Maria days. At least in Maria we could interact with each other, now it’s just talks through phone calls and FaceTime.

Don’t get me started on online classes. I personally like them, but the professors think that it’s easier for us and they keep sending tons of work to do. I’ve been staying up late doing essays, PowerPoints, ESSAYS, quizzes, reading and more. I do like that it’s pretty funny to watch everyone in their beds wearing their pjs and eating while taking the class.

After all of this is over I know we as Puerto ricas are going to throw a big party and celebrate. So stay tuned for that!
